WHAT I DO

My Services

Coaching

Being a Life Coach requires certain skills. One of those is to possess the desire to help others. We do this by listening, holding space, providing guidance, and helping people see alternatives to their way of thinking. We provide tools to assist you, guide you, and take home with you when we aren’t readily available.
One of the main tools is referred to as The Model. It is comprised of five steps. They are as follows:

C = Circumstance (this is an indisputable fact)

T = Thought (a thought you have about the circumstance).

F = Feeling (the immediate feeling you have about your thought).

A = Action (the action you take based on your feelings).

R = Result (the end result based on your action or non-action).

With this seemingly simple tool, everything can be answered. The problem is, we have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day.
What I do is help you understand how and why you reach your results (R-line).

Mentoring

A mentor is someone who can provide guidance through a process by sharing their experiences with you. A mentor is someone you develop trust in through shared communication and knowledge.

Through mentorship, I can assist you in the following areas because I have traversed them all in my lifetime and came out the other side with clarity and progression.

Divorce
Combat Veteran
Trauma (during childhood and military service)
Financial hardship (bankruptcy)
Alcoholism
Recovery

Mental Wellness

Through my Coaching processes, I provide mental wellness and stability.
The thought work allows us to see when we are getting stuck in negative thought loops ( those nasty habits we have of letting our minds fester on thoughts that do not serve us).
While doing this work we are able to determine the actual origin of our thoughts, not where we assume they came from (mom, dad, husband, wife, kids, co-workers…etc).
We stop blaming others. We realize we can not control how others speak to us, however, we can control how we respond.
By learning how to better control our reactions, we begin to produce our best results.

The list of attributes toward mental wellness is endless because as you grow, every aspect of your life begins to change for the better.
